We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to be based in Dubai. This role will oversee the implementation and optimization of Monday.com for project tracking and collaboration. Responsibilities include supporting account management, validating client briefs, coordinating billing, capturing data visualization requirements, and ensuring team alignment. This role is essential for ensuring that our agency’s projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and within budget, with all teams using the right tools and processes to stay synchronized.

Responsibilities

Monday.com Implementation & Maintenance:

• Lead the setup, rollout, and ongoing optimization of Monday.com to ensure it aligns with agency workflows and enhances cross-team collaboration.
• Provide training and support to team members to ensure effective use of the platform for project tracking and reporting.
  
  

Brief Validation & Completeness:

• Support in the review and validation of incoming client briefs to ensure all necessary information is included for accurate project scoping and execution.
  
  

Billing Process Tracking:

• Oversee and manage the tracking of billing processes across multiple teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, with close attention to project budgets and timelines.
• Ensure all teams maintain billing sheets, supporting in creation of cost quotations, ensuring billing entities and POs mapped through correctly, and final invoice approvals are completed by the team
  
  

Requirement Gathering for Data Visualization:

• Work closely with client stakeholders (and internal teams) to capture clear and comprehensive requirements for data visualization projects, ensuring all expectations are documented, prioritised and met.
  
  

Team Coordination & Synchronization:

• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and progress to ensure all teams remain aligned and on track.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects in a digital marketing or creative environment.
• Strong knowledge of Monday.com or similar project management tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on detail and process management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with data visualization projects is a plus.
