About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Frontend Developer to lead the development of modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. This role requires a strong technical leader who can translate product and design vision into exceptional user experiences while driving front-end best practices across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of intuitive, scalable, and maintainable front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to deliver pixel-perfect, user-centric UI/UX implementations.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
- Optimize front-end applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability across devices and browsers.
- Own and evolve the front-end technical roadmap, proposing architectural improvements, tooling upgrades, and best practices.
- Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and cross-device compatibility through thoughtful development and testing.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Partner with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.
- Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, and evaluate their adoption when appropriate.
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience building responsive and accessible user interfaces.
- Deep understanding of front-end architecture, performance optimization, and state management.
- Proven experience mentoring developers and leading front-end initiatives.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines.
