Web Designer - Level 3 

Location: Canada (Remote / Hybrid) 

Role Summary 

Idea Theorem is hiring Web Designers to lead the design and usability of web-based applications, ensuring intuitive user experiences aligned with technical architecture and business goals. 

Required Skills & Experience 

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a web designer 
• Minimum 10 years designing enterprise web applications 
• Experience analyzing functional requirements and system flows 
• Strong experience in UX/UI and web application design 
• Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) 
• Experience collaborating closely with developers and architects 
• Familiarity with accessibility and government digital standards is an asset 

Key Responsibilities 

• Define and contribute to web application architecture and design standards 
• Create user-centric designs that maximize usability and accessibility 
• Perform architectural modeling to ensure design consistency 
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity 
• Assess the impact of new requirements on existing web applications 
• Contribute to frontend development and database interactions when required 
• Develop test plans to validate design implementation 
• Monitor and refine designs throughout the delivery lifecycle
