Job Description

Mandatory Skills: Legacy ASP.Net, MVC, Web API, Sql server, React JS and JavaScript

• 8 to 10+ years of experience in software development life cycle in developing and supporting enterprise-level applications.

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and support engineers across multiple geographies.

• Drive design reviews, approve technical solutions, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers, Custom app support and engineers.

• Actively participate in the development of complex modules and provide hands-on technical guidance.

• Translate business requirements into scalable and robust technical solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.

• Manage SLAs for application of availability and incident resolution through proactive monitoring.

• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues across infrastructure, database, and application layers.

• Conduct regular team meetings, manage team performance, and support career development.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and resolve incidents promptly.

• Review and approve estimates, technical designs, and solutions.

• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring issues.

• Ensure smooth deployments and support CI/CD, Agile, and Sprint processes.

• Maintain strong client-facing engagement and communication at customer locations.

• Co-ordination with Functional team, Hyper-Care support, Transport Setup, Performance optimization, Unit Test & Integration test support

• Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs

Technical Skills:

Mandatory: .NET Framework\.NET Core (C#), VB.Net, ASP.Net, SQL Server, MongoDB, FTP\sFTP, PGP\GPG, SSO, AWS S3 and Lambda (flexibility for strong candidates with other technical and leadership skills).

Good to have: Snowflake, PHP, WordPress, MySQL, Python, Entity Framework, LINQ, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Windows Services.

KPIs:

• Negotiate and communicate with support partners like Microsoft and cloud providers.

• Proactively address problems to prevent recurrence.

• Deliver ad-hoc project work on time and as requested.

• Communicate effectively with development team members, end users, and IT personnel to interpret requirements and deliver solutions.

Desired Competencies:

• Application Development certifications (e.g. Microsoft, AWS) are preferred.

• Team handling experience (minimum 8–10 members).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Clear understanding and working experience in SDLC, CI/CD, Agile & Sprint programs. "
