Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute BD strategies for Canada that drive user acquisition, trading activity, and market share
  • Identify, approach, and manage partnerships with KOLs, communities and local projects
  • Build and manage affiliate and referral networks
  • Track market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activities in Canada
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Operations to localize campaigns and offerings
  • Represent the brand at local events, meetups, and conferences

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, or Growth (Fintech, Crypto, Brokerage, or Payments preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing partnerships and achieving revenue or user growth targets
  • Strong network in crypto communities, trading groups, fintech or Web3 ecosystems (Canada preferred)
  • Good understanding of crypto exchanges, wallets, or blockchain ecosystems
  • Data-driven mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills
