Job description:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Experience in Sales, Service and Experience cloud with hands-on development
- Experience in Visual Force Pages, Apex Classes, SQL, Triggers, Lightning, LWC
- Experience in third-party integrations
- Experience in data migration using Import wizard, Apex Data Loader, SFDC Administration, Flow Management and Configurations.
- Experience in Deployment via Workbench, Git (GitLab and GitHub), Jenkins, Gearset and Change set.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Engage in project planning, defining scope, timelines, and resources.
- Lead Salesforce solution design, including data models, workflows, and custom code.
- Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, ensuring best practices.
- Mentor developers, promote knowledge sharing, and conduct code reviews. Collaborate with business and project leaders to align development with project goals.
