Junior QA/QC Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a Junior QA/QC Engineer with 3–5 years of engineering experience to support quality assurance and quality control activities on construction projects. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic, detail-oriented, and able to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and monitoring QA/QC procedures in accordance with project specifications and approved standards.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors to address quality-related issues.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Support audits and quality reviews as required by the project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or related discipline preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant engineering/QA/QC experience.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory (English proficiency preferred).
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and site inspection practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate availability to join is mandatory.
