Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Aftermarket Sales Engineer who can actively engage with clients, identify retrofit and service opportunities, and grow aftermarket business. This role suits a confident, technically strong professional who can perform effectively in a results-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly visit existing and prospective clients to promote HVAC aftermarket services, retrofit solutions, and system upgrades.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new sales opportunities into confirmed business through proactive market engagement.
  • Meet clients at project sites and offices to assess HVAC system conditions and understand technical requirements.
  • Promote annual maintenance contracts, retrofit projects, and energy-efficient HVAC upgrades aligned with client needs.
  • Prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions in line with company standards.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, service, and procurement teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and executable.
  • Follow up on submitted proposals, support negotiations, and work towards successful closure of sales opportunities.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in HVAC aftermarket sales, service, or retrofit projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and aftermarket solutions.
  • Experience in pre-sales activities, tenders, and proposal preparation.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
