Dallah Holding Media is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR experience, strong exposure to payroll processing, and hands-on experience working in a medium-sized organization (100+ employees). This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR administration, compliance, and employee support across the company. 



Human Resources Operations

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures. 

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (personal data, contracts, attendance, leaves, and benefits). 

Support recruitment activities, including filling out official forms, job postings, communication, and onboarding processes. 

Ensure proper archiving and filing of HR documents. 

Payroll & Compensation

Assist in salary sheet preparation and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 

Coordinate with other departments to collect employee attendance data promptly. 

Prepare monthly payroll documentation. 

Liaise with finance/accounts for payroll-related reports and reconciliations. 

Compliance & Documentation

Assist with visa, residency, and labor-related documentation. 

Prepare HR reports and official correspondence. 



Qualifications & Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 

3–5 years of proven experience in an HR role. 

Strong experience in payroll processing. 

Prior experience in a medium-sized organization (100+ employees). 

Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law is highly preferred. 

Must hold a valid working visa in Qatar. 

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR systems (Odoo). 

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

Available to start immediately. 



Preferred Skills 

Experience in media, corporate, or holding company environments. 

Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

Strong coordination skills with finance and management teams.
