Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to HR officers and administrative personnel in executing their duties effectively.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies.
- Coordinate government relations matters (visa, labor permits, residency) with the PRO/GR team.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes for mid-level positions in coordination with department heads.
- Oversee employee relations, handle grievances, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution under HR Manager guidance.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of payroll-related inputs (attendance, overtime, deductions).
- Administer and monitor employee benefits, insurance, and compensation programs.
- Support training and development initiatives, including needs analysis and evaluation.
- Lead administrative services such as office maintenance, supplies, facilities management, and documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
- Act as the first point of contact during audits and inspections (internal and external).
- Mentor junior HR staff and contribute to building future HR leadership capacity.
- Deputize for the HR Manager when required.
- Ensure all activities comply with HSE policies and company standards.
Qualifications
- 8-11 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a project-based or industrial environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HR software and systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
