Responsibilities


  • Provide guidance to HR officers and administrative personnel in executing their duties effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies.
  • Coordinate government relations matters (visa, labor permits, residency) with the PRO/GR team.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes for mid-level positions in coordination with department heads.
  • Oversee employee relations, handle grievances, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution under HR Manager guidance.
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy of payroll-related inputs (attendance, overtime, deductions).
  • Administer and monitor employee benefits, insurance, and compensation programs.
  • Support training and development initiatives, including needs analysis and evaluation.
  • Lead administrative services such as office maintenance, supplies, facilities management, and documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Act as the first point of contact during audits and inspections (internal and external).
  • Mentor junior HR staff and contribute to building future HR leadership capacity.
  • Deputize for the HR Manager when required.
  • Ensure all activities comply with HSE policies and company standards.


Qualifications


  • 8-11 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a project-based or industrial environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.


Preferred Skills


  • Experience with HR software and systems.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
