Full-Time Shopify CRO Developer | $3K/month USD | Remote

We're a conversion rate optimization agency working with DTC brands like wellness, education, and consumer products. We run 20-30+ A/B tests monthly, directly impacting client revenue.

What You'll Do:

• Build and launch A/B tests across client Shopify sites (product pages, cart, checkout, landing pages)
• 50% Shopify Liquid development | 25% Replo page building | 25% App integrations
• Work across 3-4 concurrent projects with variety across industries
• Communicate directly with clients

What We Need:

✅ 2+ years Shopify development (strong Liquid skills, theme customization)

✅ A/B testing platform experience (Intelligems, Convert, VWO, etc.)

✅ Portfolio with real examples

✅ Strong English communication (you'll be client-facing)

✅ Proactive, detail-oriented, thorough QA process
