Join our HR Marketing Team, recognized as one of the best marketing teams in Ukraine according to the Ukrainian Advertising Coalition’s research. We are looking for someone who knows how to write interesting and engaging content for internal users. As a Content Writer, you will work on strengthening internal engagement through effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Create clear, and engaging communication materials for internal processes, system notifications, policy updates and new initiatives.
- Rewrite and structure the company's internal knowledge base to be clear and accessible, reflecting the company’s tone of voice.
- Ensure communication consistency (same tone, design, quality) in corporate internal channels
- Translate complex information from departments into user-friendly documentation
- Collaborate closely with HR and other departments to prepare system notifications, guides, and process updates
- At least 2 years of experience in internal communications, knowledge management, or related fields
- Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusions
- Excellent written communication and content-structuring skills.
- Result-oriented with excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple priorities

- Detailed oriented
- Advanced level of English
