We’re looking for a Backend Game Developer / Slot Math Developer to join our team and implement complex game math models, optimize game performance, and help deliver top-tier slot games for regulated markets.

• Mathematical Model Implementation: Collaborate with game designers and mathematicians to implement RNG mechanics, payout structures, and volatility models into backend code.
• Backend Code Development: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for slot game mechanics in our RGS (Remote Gaming Server) platform.
• System Integration: Work closely with front-end developers to integrate game math models and ensure gameplay matches the designed math.
• Data Analysis & Validation: Validate game results to ensure payouts, bonuses, and RTP percentages match the design. Debug and tune math models as needed.
• Optimization & Testing: Identify bottlenecks, optimize system performance, write unit tests, and participate in QA processes.
• Collaboration: Work with Game Designers, Front-End Developers, and QA to ensure features are implemented according to business and design requirements.
• Documentation & Support: Document codebase, math models, and design decisions; provide ongoing support and bug fixes.

• Minimum 2 years of backend development experience, preferably in iGaming or gaming projects.
• Proven experience implementing complex math models for slot or gambling-based games.
• Strong understanding of game theory, RNG mechanics, payout models, volatility, and hit frequency.
• Proficiency in backend programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, Node.js, or similar.
• Experience with game engines and platforms (Unity, Unreal Engine, or bespoke iGaming platforms).
• Knowledge of RGS integration, databases, caching strategies, and performance tuning.
• Understanding of APIs (RESTful, WebSocket) and distributed/cloud systems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mathematical mindset.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in iGaming, slot development, or regulated markets (MGA, UKGC).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Exposure to machine learning or statistical analysis for game optimization.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript.
