BARVATECH is actively searching for an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will take charge of devising our sales tactics, nurturing client connections, and boosting revenue by implementing inventive approaches.

BARVATECH is an Israeli IT company with Ukrainian roots, headquartered in Tel Aviv. We specialize in developing cutting-edge products and large-scale platforms in the fields of fintech and blockchain, catering to the American and British markets. Currently, our team consists of 30+ talented individuals who work remotely.
Requirements:
- Experience in the IT field as a Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager
- Experience in IT outsourcing and Web development
- Experience on Upwork
- Experience of work with the markets of the USA, the EU, Israel
- At least an upper-intermediate level of English
- Ability to get big deals :)
Would be plus:
- Experience on Gigradar
Responsibilities:
- Do sales from the beginning to signing a deal
- Build sales processes
- Build sales department
- Maintain growth of the company through new sales

- Successfully finish the project with no bugs
