Design Consultant

Ananya Birla Foundation is seeking a highly experienced Design Consultant to join our team and deliver high-impact creative and strategic design outcomes. The ideal candidate brings around 10 years of professional experience across graphic design, UI/UX, motion graphics, and design strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating high-quality standalone creatives monthly (ads, banners, emailers, infographics with adaptations).
• Leading complex interface design per month (UI/UX flows, dashboards, or high-fidelity prototypes).
• Designing social media carousels (LinkedIn/Instagram) with strong storytelling or data visualisation.
• Producing motion graphic videos (30–90 seconds) for explainer or brand content.
• Contributing strategic design frameworks, conduct market and trend analysis, and mentor junior designers.
• Ensuring consistency through strong design systems and best practices.

Requirements

• Around 10 years of experience in graphic/digital design.
• Strong portfolio across brand identity, UI/UX, and motion graphics.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
