Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, hands-on experience across the full design lifecycle, and the ability to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research, user interviews, usability testing, and analyze user feedback
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Ensure consistency with design systems, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business requirements
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
• Support developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI and UX problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
• Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile applications
• Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and style guides
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development (preferred)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
