Role : Technical Project Manager/Delivery Lead

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple projects.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Manage and mentor a team of 30–40 developers and testers.
• Provide hands-on guidance in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Communicate effectively with clients, business analysts, and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to delivery timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• 10–12 years in software development and project management.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, RESTful services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP or PRINCE2
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• AWS/Azure certifications (optional)
