We are looking:

We’re looking for a UX/UI designer who cares deeply about distilling complex problems into thoughtful, beautiful, holistic experiences. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our web and app designs.

We expect you to:

  • Have experience in graphic design, specifically for web and mobile platforms and apps.
  • Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and illustrator. Premiere Pro or After Effects is a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of effective typography, composition, color science, and current design trends.
  • Ability to communicate and articulate design decisions effectively.
  • Have good logical thinking, analyzing and problem-solving skills; ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing.
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
  • Be fluent in English and Lithuanian.


Salary:

The monthly fee ranges from EUR 2,000 to 3,000, depending on experience.

The final rate is negotiable.
