Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and visionary Graphic Designer to not only develop eye-catching visual content but also shape and uphold the brand’s overarching creative direction. This role demands a self-starter with a strong aesthetic sensibility and a keen understanding of how design informs brand identity across channels—social media, e-commerce, and in-store signage. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, retail) and play an integral part in ensuring that all creative materials maintain a consistent and high-quality look and feel.


Key Responsibilities


Creative Vision & Brand Standards

  • Collaborate with leadership to establish and refine the brand’s visual identity, design guidelines, and creative standards.
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging and aesthetics across all collateral, ensuring that design elements accurately reflect the company’s values and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to internal teams to uphold creative standards.


Graphic Design & Production

  • Conceptualize and execute a wide range of design projects, including marketing collateral, website assets, product packaging, e-newsletters, and event materials.
  • Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and videographers to produce cohesive and impactful designs.


Social Media & Digital Content

  • Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to design engaging graphics for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Develop visual assets (templates, infographics, animations, etc.) that enhance audience engagement and support campaign objectives.
  • Stay updated on emerging social media design trends and best practices.


E-Commerce Support

  • Create compelling visuals for product listings, landing pages, promotions, and email campaigns that effectively drive traffic and conversions.
  • Ensure all digital touchpoints reflect the brand’s cohesive look and feel.


In-Store Signage & Retail Support

  • Design and produce in-store signage, banners, and other promotional materials that align with brand guidelines.
  • Partner with retail and merchandising teams to translate marketing strategies into engaging physical displays.


Project Management & Collaboration

  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with external vendors (printers, agencies) to oversee production quality and consistency.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table.
