  • Deep expertise in endpoint management: PCs (laptops, desktops), VDI, VM, smartphones, and tablets (iOS/Android).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Windows Defender, DLP, etc.).
  • Experience with Knox and Apple Business Manager (ABM) platforms.
  • Advanced support and operations skills: L3 incident management, monitoring, tuning, and operational continuity.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Cloud security (Defender, Purview, DLP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with core network services: DNS, DHCP, VPN.
  • Asset management expertise: inventory, lifecycle, reporting, KPI.
  • Security and compliance: CIS standards, image hardening, exception management.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIS standards (nice to have).
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies and with Azure DevOps.
