What you will do

• Own and evolve IT & Cyber GRC processes within a large enterprise environment
• Drive continuous improvement of GRC tools, services and user experience
• Translate regulatory, risk and business requirements into pragmatic GRC solutions
• Coordinate stakeholders across IT, security, risk and control functions
• Lead GRC tool changes from requirements to production (Agile setup)
• Design dashboards and reporting to support risk-based decision making
• Support, train and onboard teams using GRC platforms
• Actively contribute to enterprise-wide GRC strategy and alignment

What you bring

• 5+ years’ experience in IT/Cyber GRC, risk, compliance or security governance
• Strong knowledge of GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC, OWASP, etc.)
• Experience with GRC tooling (ServiceNow GRC or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT & cloud environments (AWS, SaaS, M365)
• Exposure to regulated corporate environments
• Proven stakeholder management and change leadership skills
• Fluent English
• Consulting mindset: structured, pragmatic, and able to challenge constructively
