We are looking for a project manager for our client in Namur.

Start date: 03/2026

Remote work up to 50% max

You will strengthen the team, which coordinates the digitization program for urban planning permits, environmental permits, and single permits. This team currently consists of a Program Manager, a pool of analysts and testers, a Change/Communication/Training Manager, and several Project Managers already assigned to specific missions.

The team also relies on other people and competencies within other teams. You will support the appointed Program Manager in setting up and monitoring technical projects that are ongoing or to be launched as part of the permit digitization program.

Mission

As a Project Manager, you will simultaneously manage several projects, from the pre-study phase (offer coordination) through to the transfer to operational production. In this context, you will work closely with the business stakeholders, the sub-program team, and the SPW Digital team coordinating the digitization of both urban planning permits and environmental permits.

The team consists of a Program Manager, an Analyst, a Change Manager, and a Test Coordinator.

Main activities and deliverables include:

  • Sharing knowledge and skills with other team members.
  • Performing or supervising a pre-analysis (offer coordination): estimating scope, technology, resources, and budget.
  • Identifying service providers, stakeholders, and experts; defining the project charter and setting up the project organization.
  • Being responsible for the internal kickoff and the external kickoff with the client to understand their needs and environment.
  • Defining tasks and deliverables (technical and documentation) and creating project plans with short, fast iterations focused on delivering value that meets client needs (agile approach). A Scrum Master certification is an asset.
  • Setting up the project team and acting as its driving force.
  • Serving as the single point of contact for the business.
  • Monitoring projects (planning, budget, scope, risks) and managing changes.
  • Bringing together and coordinating all stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Being able to support and work hands-on during critical phases of the program (workload peaks, tight deadlines), especially during the delivery phase.
  • Coordinating and supervising the delivery, testing, and training phases.
  • Ensuring follow-up of the go-live and both provisional acceptance (MVP) and final acceptance (finished product entering ‘maintenance’).
  • Ensuring project closure.
  • Providing ad-hoc reporting at different levels.
