Tictactrip is the first booking platform dedicated to ground travel. Our mission is to open up remote areas of Europe by combining different modes of transport: bus, train, and carpooling. 🚌 🚄 🚗
By developing a unique algorithm, we offer travelers the most economical, fastest, and most eco-friendly routes.
We also provides APIs for our hundred of B2B partners.
Joining us means solving complex technical challenges while having a real impact on the future of green mobility. 🌿
🎯 The Role
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will join our core Tech Team to build, scale, and optimize our booking engine, our APIs and user interface. You will work closely with the Product and Data teams to deliver a seamless travel experience to our B2B / B2C customers.
You’re a doer: you execute fast, you learn fast, and you iterate fast.
Frontend: TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
Backend: TypeScript, Node.js (Express), TSOA, OpenAPI 3, Sequelize, BullMQ
Database: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB
Infrastructure: Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes (Baremetal), Helm, AWS, Docker, CI/CD Gitlab, NPM
Tools: Git, Jira, Notion

🎯 The Role
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will join our core Tech Team to build, scale, and optimize our booking engine, our APIs and user interface. You will work closely with the Product and Data teams to deliver a seamless travel experience to our B2B / B2C customers.

- 🥷 Feature Development: Build and maintain high-impact features on both the front-end (Typescript / React) and back-end (Typescript / Node.js).
- 🧠 API Integration: Connect new transport providers (trains, buses, ferries) to our global intermodal engine.
- 📈 Optimization: Improve the performance and scalability of our search algorithm to handle millions of combinations in real-time.
- 🎖️ Code Quality: Participate in code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and maintain clean, documented code.
- 🎨 Product Thinking: Contribute to technical architectural choices and suggest product improvements based on user feedback.
- Willingness to work for an early stage project
- Strong knowledge of the web environment
- Operational knowledge of database and caching management
- Methodical and rigorous, you work independently
- Full of good will, you will not hesitate to be proactive
