I am hiring internally an experienced developer to strengthen a committed team working on a real product, with real technical and product challenges.

How AI is used in practice

AI is already part of the landscape.

Tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent are integrated into developers’ daily work.

The goal is not experimentation for its own sake, but to build useful, sustainable, and well-controlled usages.

Two main axes guide the work:

1. Intelligently automate repetitive but structuring tasks

• Code structures
• Team patterns
• Comments
• Respect for decoupling and standards

2. Support product design and evolution

• Feature design support
• Continuous improvement of the existing codebase
• Help with stepping back and gaining perspective
• Without ever compromising code quality

The final objective is simple.

Free up time so developers can focus on what truly creates value.

Technical environment

• Advanced C# / .NET
• RESTful APIs
• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Cloud. AWS or Azure
• CI/CD. Jenkins, Octopus, Terraform
• SQL and NoSQL. SQL Server, Redis, MongoDB, Cosmos DB
• You build it, you run it
• Clean Code, code reviews, tests
• Agility. Scrum, XP
• DevOps mindset
