Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong Automotive and Dealer Management System (DMS) background to drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of a mission-critical automotive digital platform.
What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for an Automotive DMS platform
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize features to maximize customer value and business impact
- Work closely with engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement
- Validate solutions via UAT, demos, and KPI tracking
What We’re Looking For
- 12+ years in Product Owner / Product Manager roles
- Strong Automotive & DMS domain experience (mandatory)
- Deep knowledge of Agile / Scrum
- Proven experience with backlog management and user stories
- Excellent stakeholder communication & decision-making
- German C1 (preferred)
Nice to Have
- CSPO / PSPO or similar certification
- Jira, Azure DevOps or Trello
- UX / UI or technical background
