Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong Automotive and Dealer Management System (DMS) background to drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of a mission-critical automotive digital platform.

What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for an Automotive DMS platform
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize features to maximize customer value and business impact
• Work closely with engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement
• Validate solutions via UAT, demos, and KPI tracking

What We’re Looking For

• 12+ years in Product Owner / Product Manager roles
• Strong Automotive & DMS domain experience (mandatory)
• Deep knowledge of Agile / Scrum
• Proven experience with backlog management and user stories
• Excellent stakeholder communication & decision-making
• German C1 (preferred)

Nice to Have

• CSPO / PSPO or similar certification
• Jira, Azure DevOps or Trello
• UX / UI or technical background
