We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of the Snapfix platform. You’ll play a pivotal role in defining, building, and launching features that drive user acquisition, retention, and business growth. This is an opportunity to work closely with our CEO, design, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to translate our vision into impactful products that users love.
Responsibilities
- Drive the Product Vision: Translate Snapfix’s mission into a clear, actionable roadmap that delivers measurable value for our customers. Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Own the Roadmap: Prioritize initiatives while balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical realities.
- Customer Insights: Engage directly with customers and internal teams to deeply understand user workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Feature Definition & Delivery: Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch. Write clear specs, evaluate trade-offs, and collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, impactful releases.
- Go-To-Market Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to support go-to-market launches and ensure adoption and retention.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use data, experimentation, and feedback loops to evaluate impact, drive continuous improvement, and validate assumptions.
- Voice of the Customer: Keep Snapfix intuitive and accessible for every user (from managers to frontline staff) by advocating for clarity, usability, and real-world practicality.
Experience and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within B2B SaaS or operations technology.
- Proven track record of launching impactful products that drive growth and engagement.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, data analytics, and agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills. Able to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable direction for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams to ship features on time and with measurable impact.
- Analytical mindset with a deep curiosity about user behavior and metrics.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in hospitality, facilities management, or operations software is a plus.
Location: This role can be remote (within the United States, Europe, or the UK) or based in Dublin at Snapfix headquarters.
