WMP provides one door for our sellers to both sell and manage products across our marketplaces. We continue to grow, and operate primarily across three hub locations: Melbourne, Sydney & Manila.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for squads adopting WMP Ways of Working and ensuring consistent value delivery.
• Facilitates and coaches squads to self-organise, inspect, and adapt for quick changes.
• Supports continuous improvement, problem-solving, and impediment removal.
• Maintains an up-to-date risk and dependency register for effective delivery management.
• Service leader resolving and creating transparency across stakeholders, ensuring alignment between delivery, product, and business.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Agile Delivery experience in digital environments.
• Familiarity and exposure to multiple Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Tribal, Kanban, SAFe), with an ability to be agnostic of agile frameworks when assessing the most valuable way forward.
• Scrum Master/Agile Delivery, Product Manager/Product Owner and/or Agile Coach certification and experience highly desirable.
• Expertise with the use of tools which includes JIRA, Confluence and others.
• Familiar with project management principles, techniques and tools.
