Role Description

We are looking for a driven Business Development Specialist with experience in Web3, Banking or Fintech. You will focus on driving growth by identifying opportunities, engaging potential clients and building strong relationships. This role is essential for expanding our client base and shaping the business development strategy.


Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and engage high-potential clients across DeFi, Web3, and institutional finance sectors
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects via LinkedIn, email outreach, conferences, Telegram/Discord, and other channels
  • Attend conferences and industry events to generate leads and represent GOAT Finance
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize outreach strategies and business development initiatives
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in crypto, DeFi, and institutional adoption
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on business development metrics and performance
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth


Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Business Development, Web3, Crypto, Fintech, or Banking sectors

Proven success in B2B or institutional client acquisition

Strong understanding of DeFi, crypto protocols, and blockchain ecosystems

Fluent in English (Spanish is a huge benefit)

Experience with tools like SendPulse, HubSpot, NetHunt, Sales Navigator or similar

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Highly self-motivated, strategic, and results-driven


Nice to have

  • Experience working with EMIs, OTC desks or financial institutions
  • Existing network in the crypto/Web3 space
