Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and formalize Asset Management business requirements in close collaboration with IT teams.
- Work on Front / Middle / Back Office processes (portfolio management, order lifecycle, funds).
- Contribute to regulatory and risk-related topics (MiFID II, UCITS, AIFMD, reporting, controls).
- Act as a key interface between business, IT, and management teams.
- Produce high-quality presentation materials for steering committees and senior stakeholders.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases and change management activities.
- Participate in business workshops and project committees.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within an Asset Management environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and Asset Management processes.
- Good understanding of IT environments, without being a purely technical profile.
- Exposure to regulatory and risk management topics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (slides, committees).
- Ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in Agile / project-based environments.
- Professional English required (French is a plus).
