Responsibilities


  • Gather, analyze, and formalize Asset Management business requirements in close collaboration with IT teams.
  • Work on Front / Middle / Back Office processes (portfolio management, order lifecycle, funds).
  • Contribute to regulatory and risk-related topics (MiFID II, UCITS, AIFMD, reporting, controls).
  • Act as a key interface between business, IT, and management teams.
  • Produce high-quality presentation materials for steering committees and senior stakeholders.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases and change management activities.
  • Participate in business workshops and project committees.



Requirements


  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within an Asset Management environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and Asset Management processes.
  • Good understanding of IT environments, without being a purely technical profile.
  • Exposure to regulatory and risk management topics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (slides, committees).
  • Ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in Agile / project-based environments.
  • Professional English required (French is a plus).
