FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.

Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation & Digital, Risk and Tax departments.

You will join the Risk Department and you will assist the team with data organization, analytics, efficiently report key risk indicators and dashboards.

Your role

  • Assist in the design and production of risk reports tailored for traditional and alternative investment strategies, such as private equity, real estate, and hedge funds.
  • Help prepare materials to support team compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Participate in a project team, providing support in areas like organisation, operational tasks, and data collection and analysis.
  • Gain knowledge of the regulatory framework related to the asset management industry.
  • Develop an understanding of the funds under supervision, their investment processes, and the risks associated with their specific exposures.
  • Communicate effectively, building positive relationships within the business and contributing to a strong risk management team spirit culture.

Your profile

Qualifications and knowledge:

  • Currently pursuing Master's degree in Finance, Economics or Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of VBA, Excel and quantitative modelling and demonstrate familiarity with data analysis through APIs/ SQL and Python (preferred) or R.
  • Knowledge of Financial Markets, Economics and Quantitative Finance Concepts.
  • Microsoft office suite proficiency.

Would be a definite plus:

  • Professional qualifications such as FRM, CAIA or CFA.
  • Strong data analysis and quantitative background.

Language skills:

  • Fluency in both English and French.

  • Problem solving skills.
  • Team spirit.
