As a Director with Strategy& Stockholm, you are expected to be well-rounded and create significant positive impact across the firm’s dimensions Client & Market, Delivery and People & Leadership.
- Within Client & Market, you will be responsible for driving Client development and engagement by building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to expand our customer base while enhancing the Strategy& brand
- Within Delivery, you will oversee the entire project delivery process, creating impactful analysis and recommendations, ensuring timely completion, adhering to quality standards, and maintaining effective communication stakeholders throughout all phases of the project
- Within People & Leadership, you will support the development and leadership of a diverse Strategy& team, fostering a collaborative work environment, and empowering team members to reach their full potential while achieving organizational goals
- Established and maintained strong Client relationships with C-suite executives
- Proven Client relationship building and commercial skills
- Possess strong business acumen and clear industry expertise
- Advanced ability to quickly grasp and analyze complex problems and effectively guide teams through execution
- Exceptional leadership qualities, capable of managing people, driving change, and achieving ambitious goals collaboratively
- High professional integrity and motivation, with a strong personal drive and ambition
