We’re a small Stockholm-based product team building tools that help organizations have real, honest conversations — and act on what they learn. Our method has been used by major Nordic organizations and over 100,000 people worldwide. Now we’re turning that work into a self-service product.

You’ll work in a small, hands-on team building the core user experience of our platform. Frontend is your main focus, but you’re comfortable moving into backend when it helps solve the problem.

Your work includes:

• Building and refining frontend experiences across our products
• Turning complex, real-world problems into clear user flows
• Collaborating closely with design, product and backend (Python)
• Making AI-driven insights feel simple, trustworthy and useful

• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• Backend: Python
• AI: LLM-based pipelines with humans in the loop

We like fast iteration, but production systems must be understandable and maintainable.

You care about building things that feel good to use. You think in flows, not just components, and you’re happy to cross the frontend/backend boundary when it improves the experience.

Required

• Solid web development experience
• React and TypeScript
• Python (comfortable working with backend code)
• Experience with LLM-powered interfaces, or strong interest and relevant background

Nice to have

• Docker, GCP, Bash
• Interest in or experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
