What You Will Do
- Research, design, and evaluate AI/ML concepts for future radio access networks and AI native systems
- Explore and apply emerging AI technologies to autonomous, large scale telecom networks
- Develop algorithms, models, and simulation frameworks for next generation network intelligence
- Translate research ideas into prototypes, publications, patents, and standards contributions
- Collaborate closely with experts across radio systems, networking, and hardware platforms
- Work with real world constraints—performance, scalability, robustness, and energy efficiency
- Engage with internal and external partners across academia and industry
Skills You Bring

Required Background: MSc or PhD in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering Physics, or a closely related field
Desired Experience (not All Required)
- Solid foundation in modern AI techniques, such as:
- Deep learning
- Reinforcement learning
- Distributed learning
- Generative AI
- Probabilistic modeling
- Stochastic optimization or graph based methods
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow
- Experience designing, training, and validating ML driven systems
- Familiarity with simulation based evaluation methodologies
- Exposure to containerized ML workflows (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Interest or experience in telecommunications, networking, or signal processing
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
- A strong research mindset and the ability to generate novel ideas
- Motivation to publish, patent, and influence future standards
- Ability to explain AI concepts to non AI specialists
- High level of ownership, analytical thinking, and problem solving ability
- Willingness to continuously learn and work across adjacent domains
- Work on long term, high impact research with global reach
- Access to real network data and industrial scale problems
- Influence international standards and future technologies
