As a Talent Solutions Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the hiring process—connecting hiring managers, candidates, and HR teams. What are you going to do?

As a Talent Solutions Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting Nike’s hiring process. Your main focus will be to coordinate interviews and provide an excellent experience for all candidates. You’ll:

  • Schedule and organize video and on-site interviews.
  • Communicate with candidates and interviewers about interview logistics and itineraries.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional process from start to finish.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, and data handling.
  • Help maintain a consistent and positive candidate experience that reflects the Nike brand.

What do we ask?

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with scheduling, calendar coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels in a matrix organization.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
