🚀 Funnel. Conversion. Growth.

If you see web as “just a frontend”, this role isn’t for you.

At kitUP, we build B2C subscription-based wellness and productivity products used by millions. Web is not a support channel for us, it’s a core growth and revenue engine.

We’re hiring a Web Product Manager who fully owns the subscription funnel, turns data into decisions, and ships experiments fast.

This role is about outcomes, not features.

Conversion, retention, and velocity matter more than perfect specs.

🔍 What You’ll DoOwn the Web Product Vision

Fully own the B2C subscription-based web product roadmap, translating company growth targets into measurable experiments and product decisions.

Run the Funnel

Design, launch, and iterate experiments across onboarding, paywall, trial, and subscription flows to improve conversion and retention.

Operate a Fast Experimentation Engine

Continuously plan and execute A/B tests, moving ideas from hypothesis to production in days, not weeks.

Make Data-Driven Decisions

Analyze the subscription funnel to identify drop-offs, bottlenecks, and high-impact opportunities, and act decisively on insights.

Own the Backlog & Prioritization

Prepare, refine, and prioritize the backlog based on business impact, expected uplift, and speed of execution, ensuring alignment with growth goals.

Collaborate Deeply with Design

Work closely with designers to craft conversion-focused UX, reduce friction, and guide pixel-level decisions when needed.

Ship with Engineering

Partner with developers to scope clearly, ship fast, and validate results post-release.

Align Stakeholders

Prepare clear, concise briefs that align Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams around goals, metrics, and expected impact.

Monitor Subscription Health

Track churn, retention, and subscription performance, proactively driving improvements.

Stay Competitive

Conduct competitor and market research, turning benchmarks and insights into actionable product improvements.

✅ What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience as a Web Product Manager, ideally in B2C subscription-based products

Strong understanding of web technologies and the software development lifecycle

Proven experience owning funnels, conversion metrics, and experimentation

Deep comfort with analytics and behavioral data, and translating results into clear product decisions

Solid understanding of growth and subscription KPIs (trial CR, signup → trial, paywall CR, churn, retention)

Experience working in Scrum / Agile environments with predictable delivery cycles

Ability to collaborate confidently with developers on technical topics

Strong UX sensibility with attention to detail and conversion-focused thinking

Comfortable working cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Data

Clear communication, strong ownership mindset, and bias toward action

🧰 Tools & Environment

You’re comfortable working in a data-heavy product environment and navigating tools across different domains, including:

Product analytics & behavioral insights — analyzing funnels, events, cohorts, and user behavior to drive decisions

UX & session analysis — reviewing user recordings, heatmaps, and interaction data to identify friction points

Subscription & payment systems — understanding pricing logic, billing flows, and subscription performance

Competitive research platforms — benchmarking funnels, messaging, and positioning

Design & collaboration tools — working closely with designers on UX flows, wireframes, and iterations

Product delivery & tracking systems — managing tickets, backlogs, experiments, and delivery workflows

You don’t need to master every tool on day one — but you should be comfortable navigating dashboards, UX flows, data, and technical tickets without hand-holding.

🌍 Why Join kitUP?

Remote-first — because great product thinking isn’t location-bound.

Complementary health insurance — because long-term performance needs peace of mind.

Coworking office support — because focus sometimes needs the right space.

MacBook & full equipment — because tools should never slow decisions down.

Meal allowance — because consistency starts with daily basics.

Global flight budget — because perspective fuels better product decisions.

Flexible tech stack — because outcomes matter more than rigid processes.

We’re not looking for backlog managers.

We’re looking for someone who owns the funnel, the numbers, and the results.

If you want to build, test, and scale subscription products on the web — let’s talk. 🚀
