What You Will Be Doing

Create robust, attractive, scalable component based design for mobile applications and the Web.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to gather and understand user requirements.

Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.

Design and iterate user interfaces based on user feedback and usability testing.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices in UI/UX design.

Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides.

You’ll Be Great For This Role If

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

6+ years of experience in UX design.

Experience in mobile application and web design.

Proficient in design tools such as, Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite etc.

Demonstrate UI skills with a strong online design portfolio.

Aware of the terms User Centered Design, Responsive Design and Mobile First.

Passion for interaction design with strong emphasis on conversion optimization and A/B testing.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
