We're seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our mission-driven team. This is your chance to work on real-world AI applications that directly impact the global transition to renewable energy. You'll build sophisticated time-series models for anomaly detection and predictive maintenance, ensuring power plants operate at peak performance.

Location: Istanbul (Hybrid – flexibility to work from home)

Experience Level: 4-8 years

As a key member of our technical team, you'll:

• Design & Deploy ML Solutions: Develop, implement, and deploy production-ready machine learning models that solve complex challenges in renewable energy operations
• Pioneer Innovation: Research and apply state-of-the-art machine learning techniques, particularly in time-series forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance
• Build Scalable Systems: Create containerized applications and design robust SQL/NoSQL databases with full CRUD operations for efficient data handling
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work alongside cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate ML solutions into our product ecosystem
• Stay Ahead: Keep your finger on the pulse of AI/ML advancements and bring cutting-edge techniques to our platform
• Cloud Architecture: Leverage cloud platforms (AWS) to build scalable, reliable ML infrastructure

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
• Professional Experience: 4-8 years in software development with a strong focus on ML/AI applications
• Location: Based in Istanbul
• Technical Excellence:Expert-level Python programming skills with deep knowledge of ML libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, etc.)
• Proven experience with time-series forecasting and anomaly detection (bonus points for energy/industrial datasets!)
• Strong understanding of system design and software architecture
• Hands-on experience with Docker, FastAPI, and containerization
• Practical experience building and deploying solutions on AWS
• Solid grasp of pattern recognition, neural networks, and computer science fundamentals
• Proficiency in database design (SQL/NoSQL)
• Language: Proficient in English
• Mindset: Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and the ability to thrive both independently and in collaborative environments

• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
• Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines
• Published research or conference presentations in ML/AI
