Senior HR Site Coordinator



Location: Warsaw + regular delegations to construction sites (Warsaw, Grudziądz, Adamów)


We are looking for a Senior HR Site Coordinator for our client.

As the first point of contact for employees and line managers across multiple construction project sites, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations. You will support the full employee lifecycle, handle day-to-day HR queries, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and Polish labor law.


Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary HR contact on site for policy, procedure, and benefits queries.
  • Manage operational HR processes (onboarding, probation, transfers, exits).
  • Support employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate HR activities across the employee lifecycle with CoEs.
  • Administer contracts, HRIS updates (SuccessFactors), and compensation processes.
  • Assist with workforce planning, engagement initiatives, and performance cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law, internal policies, and data integrity.


What we are looking for:

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years HR experience in operations or generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR processes.
  • Experience on site/project environments (construction, EPC, manufacturing).
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Availability to work 50% in Warsaw and 50% between 2 construction sites (~2h drive from Warsaw).
