As data professionals, our aim is to elevate customer success through analytics and insights, while remaining deeply committed to customer satisfaction.
Role Overview
This role focuses on leveraging data analytics and analytical models to drive improvements in customer journeys and customer experience. You will analyze customer data to support the design and implementation of data-driven strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and business performance. Providing actionable insights to sales, marketing, digital, and customer service teams will be a key part of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize data analytics to improve customer journeys and customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback, behavioral, and interaction data
- Support the development and implementation of CRM and customer experience initiatives
- Prepare analyses, reports, and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical insights
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Min 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, CRM analytics, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with SAS, SQL, Python or R
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with complex datasets and clearly communicate insights
- Eagerness to learn and grow in analytics and customer experience domains
