Job Description: UI Designer

Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Position Overview:

We are seeking a UI Designer with a minimum of 4 years of experience and a strong educational background in design. The ideal candidate will lead the design process, translating complex requirements into intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for our digital products.

Responsibilities of a UI Designer:

• Lead the UI design process, from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project objectives and user needs.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project requirements, user stories, and design goals.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualise design concepts and user interactions.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs.

Skills and Requirements for a UI Designer:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in UI design, with a proven track record of delivering successful design solutions for web and mobile applications.

• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

• Experience leading design workshops, design sprints, and stakeholder meetings.

• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of UI design projects, including detailed case studies and outcomes.
