Network & Unified Communications Engineer

Location:Abu Dhabi, UAE

Experience: 5–10 years

PureCS is looking for a skilled Network & UC Engineer to manage our network infrastructure, unified communications, and IT security systems. You’ll ensure our network and communication channels are secure, reliable, and high-performing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-quality IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain core network infrastructure (L2/L3 switches, routers, load balancers, wireless controllers)
• Administer and optimize VoIP and Unified Communications platforms
• Support network security technologies, firewalls, WAFs, and SD-WAN
• Troubleshoot complex network and telephony issues and manage ISP relationships
• Maintain documentation, monitor performance, and implement ITIL processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field
• 5–10 years of relevant experience with network & UC systems
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, HPE Aruba, Microsoft Teams Administrator, ITIL
• Strong knowledge of Cisco IP Telephony (CUCM), network protocols, monitoring tools, and network security
