Your mission
We’re searching for a Senior Laravel Developer with a passion for innovation, an eye for detail, and the skills to take software from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and optimize large production environments.
- Develop applications with Laravel (Filament experience is a big plus!).
- Optimize systems using containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
- Keep overall performance of the system to finger snap speeds, including indexed searches, API calls, large queries, all for ten thousands of concurrent users.
- Create seamless user experiences (UX) and bring a good sense of UI design to the table.
- Collaborate with team members to bring innovative solutions to life.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Laravel and its ecosystem.
- React experience is a strong advantage.
- Expertise in performance optimization, with a focus on millisecond-level improvements for high-performing systems.
- Solid understanding of UX principles and a strong sense of UI design that resonates with users.
- Proficiency in Git workflows and containerized environments.
- Proven ability to set up and manage scalable production systems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to take ownership and experiment with new ideas.
- Practicing clear communication and marketing of a product to internal and external users
