Role: .NET Developer

Description:
We are looking for multiple developers with the following profile:
Requirements:
- Technical Skills:
- .Net Development: Mid/Senior level
- SQL Server: Senior level
- Stored procedures
- Functions
- Message brokers
- Windows Server Management:
- IIS
- Services
- Analysis Skills:
- Helicopter view – application landscape is not documented
- For incidents
- For new architecture setup
- Documenting – is not done structurally at the moment
- Experience with ELK stack for analysis (logs and APM)
- Experience with Setting Up Scalable Architectures:
- MassTransit/RabbitMQ knowledge is an advantage
- Scrum Master:
- Leading and planning all ceremonies
- Backlog refinement
- Helping PO with prioritization
- Social Skills:
- Good knowledge of English required (writing/speaking/listening)
- French can be a plus
- Not wanting to improve everything at once, pick your battles
- Political skills
- To the point communication
- Not afraid to communicate with all kinds of external partners
