Senior Workplace Architect

Do you have 5+ years of experience in digital workplace architecture and IT project support? We are looking for an EU national to join our team in Belgium.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in digital workplace architecture and IT project support
• Proficiency in managing and implementing solutions using technologies such as: Microsoft Active Directory (user management, group policy), Azure AD (Entra ID), Intune (Endpoint Manager), Windows 10/11, M365 Suite (Office Suite, Exchange Online, etc.), Powershell scripting, Windows 365, MAM/MDM (Intune, Android/iOS), MS Teams spaces on Android, Citrix, Nexthink.
• Strong understanding of business process modelling and stakeholder communication.
• Expertise in translating business and IT requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with proof of concepts, documenting solutions, and collaborating with service providers.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and IT change management
• Language(s): English (fluent), Dutch (fluent)

Job Description:

• Solution Architecture and Design: Gather and document detailed business requirements, Analyze business requests and create tailored workplace solutions, including budgeting and documentation, Design support models for new solutions, Validate and approve implementation proposals from service providers, Document architectural decisions and establish standards.
• Implementation and Execution: Coordinate the execution of workplace changes and projects, Implement and configure the approved solutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Technology Management: Lead initiatives such as the implementation of Windows Hello for Business and migration from legacy GPO setups to Intune-managed policies, Manage OT (Android) devices and design their support models, Oversee managed mobility services for field technicians.
• Testing and Support: Develop and execute test plans, covering both manual and automated testing, Perform root cause analyses and resolve software issues, Provide 2nd-level support and manage ticket backlogs.
• Release Management: Plan and oversee major and minor releases, Coordinate release activities and monitor post-deployment progress, Manage CI/CD, TST, and UAT environments.
