As a Scrum Master, you will be crucial in supporting a development team focused on modernizing and creating efficiency in critical projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Coach a development team to focus on sprint goals, ensuring successful project progression

• Apply Scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems and strengthen sustainable process improvements using Agile tools like Azure DevOps

• Directly impact the Naval environment by working alongside clients to deliver impactful solutions

• Support the Product Owner with maintaining and executing against product backlogs

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of experience supporting programs within the Department of Defense (DoD)

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile practices and ceremonies, and removing team impediments

• Experience in Agile tools, including Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps

• Knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles

• Ability to perform Scrum duties, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Scrum Master Certification, including Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
