As a Scrum Master, you will be crucial in supporting a development team focused on modernizing and creating efficiency in critical projects. This role offers the chance to apply functional knowledge to coach development teams, ensuring successful project progression within the Naval environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Coach a development team to focus on sprint goals, ensuring successful project progression

• Apply Scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems and strengthen sustainable process improvements using Agile tools like Azure DevOps

• Directly impact the Naval environment by working alongside clients to deliver impactful solutions

• Support the Product Owner with maintaining and executing against product backlogs

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of experience supporting programs within the Department of Defense (DoD)

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile practices and ceremonies, and removing team impediments

• Experience in Agile tools, including Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps

• Knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles

• Ability to perform Scrum duties, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Scrum Master Certification, including Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
