World Wide Technology is looking for a Scrum Master. This role is part of WWT’s Strategic Resourcing services and is a contract role. The candidate will be supporting a WWT customer and will be employed by one of WWT’s preferred partners. Job Title: Scrum Master (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months, contract

Location: Rosemead, CA (Onsite on Tuesday and Wednesday)

Rate/Salary: $90/hr.

Job Description:

This is not a generic Scrum Master position. The ideal candidate must demonstrate maturity, judgment, and experience operating within highly regulated, safety-first, and operationally sensitive environments. Candidates coming from utilities, critical infrastructure, or similarly governed industries will be most successful. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with direct exposure to electric utilities or large regulated enterprises. This individual will support cross-functional delivery teams working across IT and OT-aligned initiatives, helping ensure predictable execution while respecting governance, compliance, and operational risk.

The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, delivery coach, and trusted partner to product, engineering, and program leadership. Key Responsibilities Agile Delivery & Team Execution

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional teams delivering solutions supporting electric utility operations, grid modernization, or enterprise platforms.
• Facilitate all core Agile ceremonies with a strong emphasis on preparation, outcomes, and continuous improvement.
• Apply Scrum and Agile practices pragmatically within a regulated utility environment, aligning delivery with compliance, audit, and operational constraints.
• Track and communicate delivery health using metrics such as sprint predictability, velocity trends, dependencies, and risks.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $80 to $90 hourly. Actual pay will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs, and will be set by your employer. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in base pay.
