Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong exposure to Airline domain projects to join a high-impact, mission-critical IT program in Doha. The role involves working on complex integrations, stakeholder management, and end-to-end requirement lifecycle management within large enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to capture business needs.
- Analyze existing business processes and IT systems to identify integration opportunities and constraints.
- Document Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Define functional, non-functional, and system integration requirements.
- Develop process flows, BPMN diagrams, interface data mappings, and workflow models.
- Work closely with solution architects and development teams to ensure requirement clarity, feasibility, and alignment.
- Support API-driven integrations and data transformation initiatives.
- Define and support test scenarios, assist in UAT planning, and participate in UAT execution.
- Manage requirement traceability, change requests, issue resolution, and impact analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment among business, technical, and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on complex IT and integration-heavy projects.
- Mandatory experience in the Airline domain.
- Strong expertise in documenting:
- Functional requirements
- Non-functional requirements
- System and integration requirements
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- Azure ADO
- Visio
- BPMN
- Requirements modeling and documentation tools
- Solid understanding of:
- API-based integrations
- Data transformation and interface concepts
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, enterprise environments.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: QAR 17,000 per month
- Visa & Documentation:
- All visa processing and documentation will be handled by Metamorf.
- Accommodation:
- Initial 7 days of accommodation will be provided by Metamorf upon arrival.
