Job Description

• Validate and confirm clean orders.
• Create overall project plans and document projects in supporting systems.
• Agree on project execution methodology and timing with customers.
• Order necessary equipment and services.
• Ensure project safety follow-up.
• Update financial, timing, and quality aspects of the budget.
• Timely escalation if needed.
• Adequate change management.
• First full invoice preparation.
• Ensure VCA compliance and safety follow-up.
• Organize and lead operational steerco meetings.
• Report budget and overall project status to management.
• Document project closure in agreement with the customer.
• Provide as-built documentation.
• Organize handover sessions with CSM and OPS.
• Conduct project closure meetings with customers.
• Document RAG status obtained from customers for Quality, Timing, and Budget of the project.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent with additional studies or experience.
• Technical knowledge of ICT and Physical Security (recommended).
• Proficiency in English, French, and Dutch.
• Proficiency in standard office tools (Word, Excel, MS Project Powerpoint).
• ITIL V3 and PRINCE2 Foundation or PMI certification.
• Knowledge of safety risks and preventative measures (VCA-FULL).
• 6-8 years of experience in managing projects with a budget over 1M EUR.
• Completion of VCA FULL certification.
• Orientation period: 4 months.
