The Associate Software Engineer will support the design and development of web applications using Laravel and React.js. The role involves learning and applying best practices in web development, writing clean and maintainable code, fixing bugs, and collaborating with senior developers and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Laravel and React.js.
Work closely with senior developers, designers, and project managers to implement assigned features.
Participate in the software development lifecycle including requirement understanding, coding, testing, and deployment support.
Write clean, readable, and reusable code under guidance, following coding standards.
Debug and fix issues to improve application performance and stability.
Support development and integration of RESTful APIs.
Participate in code reviews and apply feedback for continuous improvement.
Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and frameworks used in the project.

Degree: BE, B.Tech, MCA, MSc IT.
0–2 years of experience or strong academic / internship experience in PHP and Laravel.
Basic understanding of React.js and front-end fundamentals (JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3).
Familiarity with state management concepts such as Redux or Context API (basic level acceptable).
Basic knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Understanding of Git or any version control system.
Willingness to learn about web security, performance optimization, and best practices.
Good logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn.
Clear communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Internship or project experience using Laravel and React.js.
Exposure to Docker, CI/CD tools, or cloud platforms is a plus.
Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum development processes.
Full-time, office-based role in a collaborative team environment.
Guidance and mentorship from senior team members.
May require occasional availability for learning or urgent support tasks.
