Human Resources Business Partner/HR SPOC
Location: Chandigarh/Hyderabad
HR SPOC will be responsible for implementing a variety of human resource programs. The person would be contributing to HR function on important HR agendas such as staffing, employee benefits, employee engagement, Training and development, Labour Compliance, HR audits, HRIS tool/ reports etc. He/ She will ensure that HR function operates smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
- Campus hiring specific to hospitality sectors, with hands-on experience in front-end Service and kitchen staff hiring is a must
- Talent acquisition and recruitment processes (HR cost optimization) at cinema site locations.
- Understand the basis HR budget and cost concepts, including knowledge of annual operating plan in the current organization
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation along with a planned training & development calendar for the cinema location.
- Drive the performance management program in the region across cinema locations.
- Manage employee engagement at the cinema locations, bringing more innovation and creativity to the overall activity.
- Promote HR policies to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Timely payroll processing and smooth exit formalities.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
- Maintain employee files and records in software (EmployWise).
- Responsible for adhering to HR compliance & management
- Educate team members & execute best HR practices in cinemas.
Job Competence (Skills):
- Incumbent should be strong in relationship building and doing tie-ups with various colleges /campus/Skill training partners required for Hospitality hiring.
- Proven experience as HR Generalist in diverse sectors
- Sound knowledge of employment/labour laws and practices etc.
- Experience of MS Office; MS Excel/reports; HRIS systems
Experience: 5 to 8 years
